How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want you to be treated fairly and honestly when you reach out to Facebookbeats Roofing. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Facebookbeats Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a contractor we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the contractor. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A contractor that keeps letting people down may be removed. But Facebookbeats Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a contractor's work. We cannot make decisions for a contractor.
How to File
Email contact@facebookbeats.world. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean reaching out to the contractor. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
